1) Do you sell in bulk?

No, we don’t sell in bulk. We work in small batches so each plant gets the attention it deserves. Where we do have additional stock available, we may supply in bulk to a few smaller, trusted nurseries.

2) Is the plant in the photos the exact plant I’ll receive?

Yes. What you order is what you get, especially with variegated plants.

3) How do you choose plants, and are they acclimated?

We only list healthy, stable plants that are doing well with us. Please note our plants are grown in high humidity and are not acclimated to ambient humidity. If you grow in ambient, we recommend acclimating slowly.

4) Will my variegated plant look the same when it arrives?

You will receive the exact plant shown. Minor travel stress can happen, but most plants recover quickly with correct care.

5) Can you share how it was grown, and do you help with aftercare?

Yes. We can share how it’s been cared for and what it’s been thriving in, and we’re happy to help with aftercare advice.

6) Can I request extra photos or videos?

Yes, if the plant is still available.

7) Do you reserve plants?

Because stock is limited and listings move quickly, we can’t hold plants at this time. First confirmed payment secures the plant.

8) What if my plant arrives with shipping stress or an issue?

Some mild stress is normal. Message us ASAP with clear photos and we’ll assist.

9) Can I change my mind after purchasing?

Changes are handled case-by-case. Message us as soon as possible before dispatch.

10) How do I know the size?

Each listing shows the pot size. Please enquire for extra measurements (leaf size and height).
