We’re based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and we ship with care because we know you’re not ordering “just a plant.”

Since we work in smaller batches and list exact plants, each order is packed intentionally to give your plant the best chance to arrive safely and settle in smoothly.

Orders received after 20:00 on a Sunday will only ship the following week.

Dispatch Days

To reduce time in transit (especially over weekends), we dispatch by area:

Further/Laying Areas: Mondays
Gauteng Orders: Tuesdays

Dispatch timing may shift slightly around public holidays or courier constraints.

Delivery Options

For safety and reliability, we do not make use of PUDO due to the added risk for live plants.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your area and courier routes. We’ll always aim to dispatch on the correct day for your region and keep your plant moving with minimal delays, you will receive your tracking number on the day the parcel leaves us.

Packaging & Plant Safety

We pack to protect your plant and reduce movement in transit. Please note that plants are living things, and minor cosmetic stress can happen during shipping (slight leaf posture changes, softness, or small marks). Most plants bounce back quickly once settled.

Humidity note: Our plants are grown in high-humidity environments. If you grow in ambient humidity, we strongly suggest acclimating slowly (gradually reducing humidity over several days) to help prevent shock and keep growth steady.
